Company overview
Our mission is to provide you the greatest variety of environmentally-friendly, non-toxic and sustainable products at the best possible prices. The recycle emblem of three concentric arrows signifies, 1) material collection, 2) re-manufacturing, and 3) remarketing. It is in the remarket niche that Eco-Products seeks to make a difference, helping to "close-the-loop" by marketing recycled and other environmental products.

History
Since 1990, Eco-Products has been providing "greener" products to the market place. Started as a marketer of "green" office products such as recycled copy paper, organic coffees, and alternative packaging material, we expanded to include building products in 1996. Since that time, we have become known as the experts in environmentally friendly green building products. With access to hundreds of alternative building products, coupled with our expertise in product knowledge, we can help with your next, deck, house, or interior remodel. Call us today.

Environment
We are concerned about the environment. Like you, we want to help raise awareness of the environment and make it a safer, cleaner place to live. Our product selection is geared to help the environment. When we convert pop bottles into carpet for instance, we are doing more than reducing landfill waste. We are also saving fuel and pollution that would normally be used and produced to transport waste to the landfill. Converting "waste to usable product" also employs more people which helps the economy. Finally, remanufacturing "waste" into new products is often cheaper than making product from virgin material. Our product mix reflects our efforts to reduce, reuse and recycle products into new material in such a way to reduce impact on the environment.

Community Involvement
Though donation, discounts and information booths, we work with our local community to help promote alternative products and to educate the public about alternative material. Check with us about upcoming seminars, workshops and educational presentations.

We send out a monthly newsletter that profiles companies that are making a difference, upcoming events and sales and specials. Often times it is only through our newsletter that special discounts codes are given for purchasing discounts. Please consider accepting our monthly newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Ordering Policy
Terms: All accounts are payable in current U.S. funds at the office of Eco-Products at the location specifically designated on the invoice. Approved accounts become past due 20 days following the date on the invoice. Interest will be charged on the past due amount at the rate of one percent (2%) per month. In the event the collection of any unpaid balance is placed in the hands of an attorney, the purchaser shall pay reasonable attorney fees and costs of collection to Eco-Products.

Return Policy: No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Eco-Products. All merchandise returned after delivery is subject to a 25% charge.

Pricing Policy: Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices shall be those prevailing at time of order. Prices do not include sales, use, or other taxes.

General Policy: Claims regarding invoice adjustments must be submitted to Eco-Products in writing within 10 days of the date of Eco-Products' invoice. Overage, shortages, and damage of products must be noted on the sales receipt at the time of delivery. Back orders will be shipped with purchaser's next order, or sooner if practical.

Warranties: Eco-Products represents and warrants that the merchandise supplied hereunder will conform to the manufacturer's then current specifications at the time that the goods are shipped. Except for the express warranties set out above, Eco-Products makes no other warranties of any kind whatsoever, whether expressed or implied, and with regards to any goods sold to the purchaser, Eco-Products specifically disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, any warranty mode by purchaser, or any other obligation whatsoever on the part of Eco-Products.

Remedies and Damages: Eco-Products' sole and exclusive liability for breach of warranty or contract shall be to replace the non-conforming goods. If replacement is made, Eco-Products shall have a reasonable time to deliver such replacement goods. In no event shall Eco-Products be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages for any breach of warranty or any breach of contract.

Contingencies: All orders and agreements are subject to the contingencies of and delays in production and delivery. Eco-Products will not be responsible for delays resulting from fire, strikes, lockouts, differences with workmen, accidents, wars, insurrection, delays in transportation, equipment failure, or any other contingencies beyond Eco-Products control.

Applicable Law: The laws of the state of Colorado shall apply and be controlling in all contracts for the sale of goods to the purchaser.

Shipping

Please read through this section to learn about our shipping policies. There are different policies that affect web-based orders and phone-in orders.

We offer three main shipping methods: UPS, Local Delivery and Freight.

UPS: A majority of our products can be shipped using this shipping method. These items are typically smaller in size and meet specific weight requirements. UPS will not ship to PO BOX addresses.

Free UPS Ground Shipping is for US contiquous states only, is only available for purchases made via our automatic online ordering system (Phone in orders do not qualify), is only available for products that are shipped via UPS Ground services, and is only available for order sub-totals $995 or greater. The following items as shown on our website(s) do not qualify for free UPS Ground shipping:

Local Delivery: If you live within the Colorado area, please consult about our faster and quicker in-house delivery services. Item sent via this method do not qualify for free UPS ground shipping.

Freight: A few of our products are big enough that shipping by common carrier is the preferred and most cost effective method. When ordering such a product, we will arrange pickup and delivery, in most cases, to your door. We will discuss with you, before the order is completed, shipping cost and any additional information concerning this shipping method. Items sent via this method do not qualify for free UPS ground shipping.

Additional Shipping Restrictions and Information
We can not ship to APO or PO Boxes.
We primarily use UPS for all our shipping needs.
Shipping is based on US contiquous zip codes only.

Web Orders

All orders are shipped on the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays). To calculate your estimated shipping date, please consult the UPS transit shipping map to estimate your expected delivery date and add 1 business day since we ship all orders the next business day. Same day shipping is not available for web orders.

Phone in orders
All orders placed via the phone are shipped on the next business day.

Free UPS Ground Shipping
Free UPS Ground Shipping is for US contiquous states only, is only available for purchases made via our automatic online ordering system (Phone in orders do not qualify), is only available for products that are shipped via UPS Ground services, and is only available for order sub-totals $995 or greater. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Expedited shipping options: UPS services (i.e. 3 Day Select, 2^nd Day Air, Next Day Air)
If you are placing a phone order before 12 noon, and would like the order shipped same-day, there is a mandatory $25 rush fee added on top of any regular shipping charges. If you place your order via phone after 12 noon, your order will be shipped out on the next business day and will be shipped according to the shipping method you have chosen without any additional expedite fees. There are no exceptions for this policy.

Local Delivery: If you live within the Colorado area, please consult about our faster and quicker in-house delivery services. Items sent via this method do not qualify for free UPS ground shipping.

Freight: A few of our products are big enough that shipping by common carrier is the preferred and most cost effective method. When ordering such a product, we will arrange pickup and delivery to, in most cases, to your door. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship outside the US to Canada. Please be aware that if you live in Canada, additional shipping fees, duty and custom fees and other fees may be added to the overall shipping charges of your order. Those charges might not be known at the time of processing your order and you could be charged additional customs, brokerage, and duties after your order has shipped.
